Day 033: Krowye West

Krowye West was yet another random character’s created insanely at work. A couple months back, I was in the midst of creating some new Goth/Jersey Shore Crow based tee shirts and was searching for Crow images. Around the same time I was salivating over the new Kanyeezy sneakers by Nike that had just been released. I planned on using the colorway of the purple Yeezy’s in my shirt and fusion of crows and the Louis Vutton Don was born.

Later that month I decided to post this image on my Deviant Art page to see if I can get some feedback on the image. Over the last few years, I feel the quality of art that appears on that site has dropped and its more for beginners than professionals. Even though many professionals from both Marvel and DC still post there. I just don’t think its for me any more. But I digress. Fast forward one month later, the holidays are rolling around and I go to check my email and I find Krowye has been jacked by a threadless artist. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery then I’m blushing my brown cheeks off.
